1.Use a knife to roll over the directional wheel, till you can see the stuck hair inside.

2.Cut it off for convenient cleaning,use tweezers to get the hair out.

3.lf you can not remove all of the objects, please use a tool to remove the wheel. Hold tightly onto the directional wheel, and pull slightly on one side.

4. Pull out the other side, and take out the whole wheel.

5.Clean the wheel completely, after cleaning, please install the wheel as instructed in the video.

6.Press the wheel hard until you can hear a sound that indicates it fits tightly.

7.Roll over the wheel, to ensure it is working fine.
