1.Update the software to the newest version.
2.Reboot the robot vacuum ( not under charging status /removing it from the dock ), the power switch is on the right side of the robot.
3.After power off, please wait for 2-3 mins, then power it on.
If the above measures do not solve your problem, you can use the following solutions
Please try to change a place for the dock and place the dock in the centre of the whole house (not just the center of the room) , not behind the door, no barriers or mirrors 1.5M around so that its signal can cover the whole house and when it starts off, it will plan the cleaning.
