  • Where do you ship from? When will it be delivered?

    We have 1 warehouse in Spain, 1 warehouse in Germany, 1 warehouse in China and 2 warehouses in the United States.

    Shipping time in the United States: 3 - 7 days.

    Shipping time in Germany: 3 - 5 days.

    Shipping time to other European countries: 3-15 days.

    We will arrange shipment within 24 hours from Monday to Friday and send you a tracking number within three days.

    For weekend orders, we will arrange shipment on Monday.

    If you do not receive the product within 7 days, you can contact us through customer service.

  • How often do I need to clean my dust box?

    The dust container has a capacity of 0.3-0.6L. Depending on the amount of trash on the floor, the dust container will fill up quickly. The dust container can still be used when full, but it cannot hold any more trash and must be emptied when full.

  • Why is the battery draining so fast?

    This can be caused by a variety of issues: Leaving the vacuum cleaner on the charging station or turning off the power switch when not in use. When tesvor uses MAX mode, the fan speed becomes higher and the suction power increases, which consumes more power and thus drains the battery quickly. 3. The battery may be damaged/aged. If you have tried 1 and 2 without success, please contact technical support.

  • Why can a robot only work for a few minutes after being fully charged?

    The machine cannot be charged effectively. Please make sure that the power switch is in the "ON" position when charging. The battery of a new machine will lose its endurance after a long time of use. In this case, the battery needs to be activated. Check whether the side wheels, side brushes, and bristle brushes are stuck by foreign objects.

  • How to activate the battery?

    Charge the robot for three minutes, remove the charger, charge for another three minutes, and then remove the charger for a few seconds. Repeat the above steps three times. Finally, charge the robot for 12 hours.

  • Why is the charging dock not working?

    Check if the indicator light on the base is on. If it is not on, it means that the socket is incompatible with the charging base. Please use the power adapter to directly plug the robot into the charging base for charging. It is not recommended to put the machine into the charging base by hand, because the electrodes of the charging base are too small to be accurately aligned, resulting in the robot being unable to charge. It is recommended to place the robot in front of the charging base and press the "HOME" button on the remote control to let the robot automatically return to the charging base.

  • Can robots adequately suck away long hair?

    Yes, however, the robot will pick up some long hair which can get tangled in the side brush and bristle brush. Please remove the accumulated hair regularly.

  • Why do robots shake up dust/debris?

    The side brushes are used to pull dust/debris towards the vacuum's air intake, sometimes flicking it away. This is normal and the robot will remove the dust/debris during subsequent sweeps.

  • Why does the robot get stuck?

    Check the side wheels and brushes for stuck foreign objects, pick up wires and curtains, and frayed carpet edges.

  • Why does my robot fall off a cliff?

    1. The carpet cannot extend beyond the boundary of the floor, otherwise the robot will still sense that there is a carpet underneath it and will fall off.

    2. Make sure there are no large electrical appliances around the cliff, otherwise the appliances will hang on the cliff and lead the robot to fall off the cliff. If the above appliances cannot be moved, please add guardrails on the edge of the cliff.

    3.You can set the working time, but you cannot set the end time. You can schedule the robot to start cleaning from a certain time. When the cleaning is completed or the battery is low, the robot will return to the charging base. If you need to end early, press the cleaning button on the remote control.

  • What is the reason for the decrease in suction power?

    1. Please check if the filter is dirty. If so, please clean or replace the filter.

    2. Check whether the air inlet is blocked by garbage. If so, it means that the fan pipe is blocked and needs to be cleaned before use.

  • Why has the robot cleaning efficiency decreased?

    1. The filter may be clogged. Remove the filter, wash it with warm water, and put it back in the filter slot after it is completely dry. If the filter is used for more than 6 months, it is recommended to replace it with a new one.

    2.Pick up large items and keep the area to be cleaned clear. Clean the side brushes, bristle brushes and sensors regularly. Empty the dust box before use, which allows for better ventilation and efficient cleaning.
