All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase to guarantee free returns  All returned products does not have to be new and unused with all original tags and labels attached.

 

Return Process

To return an item, please contact customer service at service@tesvor.com for information. Once you have received the information, please return the item securely in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

If your item is less than 1 months old, we will pay or refund the return shipping fees You will need to pay the return shipping fees first. Once we receive the return, we will transfer the funds via Paypal within 5 business days.

For items older than 1 month, shipping costs need to be paid, and returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective.

DHL  is the preferred shipping method. Handling time is 2-3 business days. No additional charge.

 

Refund

Once we have received your return and inspected the condition and quality of your merchandise, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the time we receive your merchandise to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email once your return or  exchange has been processed.

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee will expire 30 days after the warranty claim is made. Refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed for items where the 30-day return guarantee has expired. For items not purchased directly through the Tesvor online store, please contact the retailer to request a refund.

Warranty claims for quality-related issues

 

Goods sold directly by Tesvor or Tesvor authorized dealers are fully warranted against all quality-related defects from the date of purchase.

Tesvor's warranty is limited to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void for goods originally purchased abroad or purchased directly from authorized online.

Quality-related warranty claims for products purchased through Tesvor authorized distributors and retailers are processed through Tesvor.

For quality-related warranty claims, if available, the item will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value. Otherwise, the warehouse will send a new product.

All replacements are warranted for the same period as the original defective product or three months after replacement, whichever is longer. Product warranty is voided after a refund.

 

The following items/conditions are not returnable or exchangeable:  

 

  •    Robot Vacuum Cleaner Accessories
  •    Secondary returns and exchanges are not supported
